Our hybrid engine — heuristic scoring, K-Means clustering, and Random Forest prediction — finds people who complement your strengths and balance your gaps.

About the project
Synapse is our Final Year Project — born out of four years of bad team experiences, unfair workload distribution, and wasted potential.
We watched brilliant people get stuck in the wrong groups. We saw projects fail not because of lack of skill, but because of misaligned personalities and poor team formation.
So we stopped complaining and built the solution.
